Facilities

Parks & Recreation Master Plan 2005 Draft (1.5 MB) Supplement Maps (8.2 MB)	This Plan is to be a new Plan, and not an update of the Parks and Recreation Plan adopted in September 1994, and also includes a specific review of the Park Development Impact Fee.
Fleet Operations Study	The purpose of this study was to review current fleet service and maintenance operations, and to identify potential cost savings by either bringing efficiencies to current operations, privatization, or combination of both.
Parks Maintenance Plan	The ten-year plan approved by City Council in 2002 for the renovation and maintenance of all City parks.
Administrative Space Needs Assessment	An independent architectural consultant identified existing and future administrative space requirements. This is the final report. (Large document: 108 MB)

Adopted 5-Year Strategic Plan (updated 2005)	The strategic planning process was undertaken in order to address critical issues facing the City of Las Cruces. Utilities

Cost of Service Analysis for Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste and Gas: Final Report to the City of Las Cruces	This report summarizes the major conclusions of the cost of service analyses conducted by EnWater Resource Consultants in the Fall of 2003. It includes technical details that support the need for phased-in rate increases over the next three years.
Draft Environmental Impact Statement	River Management Alternatives for the Rio Grande Canalization Project . The public is invited to comment on this report.
