Mayor Pro-Tem - Term: 2005 to 2009

As Mayor Pro-Tem, Councillor Archuleta fulfills the responsibilities of the Mayor when the Mayor is unavailable. 

Council District 3 begins at the intersection of Fairfax Avenue and Fairbanks Drive. The boundary then heads east to Triviz Drive. From there, it follows Triviz Drive south to the area where Triviz Drive is being extended underneath Lohman Avenue. The boundary continues south along Triviz Drive to Missouri Avenue. It then heads west on Missouri Avenue, turns north on Solano Drive, west on Utah Avenue, and north on Esperanza Street to Lohman Avenue. At this point, the boundary follows Lohman Avenue east to Solano Drive, north to Spruce Avenue, east to Evelyn Street, north to Madrid Avenue, and east to Fairbanks Drive. Finally, the boundary heads north on Fairbanks Drive to the intersection of Fairbanks Drive and Fairfax Avenue, the point of beginning.
